Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Shipping & Delivery

All other orders will ship within 48 to 72 hours of being placed, and you will receive a shipping confirmation in your email on file with the tracking information. You can also login to your account to track your order. 

While we are not responsible for customers entering an incorrect address, we can ship your package to the correct mailing address or refund your order (you will only be charged for the shipping cost). Please contact hello@restored.boutique with your order number and correct shipping address, and we will be able to assist.

Please verify that your current mailing address is the address on the order confirmation email you received.

We also recommend that you check with other members of your household to see if anyone may have put your package aside. This happens a lot!If you live in an apartment complex, we recommend that you contact your rental office to see if they are holding your package there. Some packages won’t fit in your mailbox so carriers will often leave packages at a manager’s office for safekeeping.

Consider calling your local post office with your tracking number  and ask them if they can assist you further. Sometimes they have more information than what we can see online. They may even have your package on hold for you. If they have a postmaster at your local post office, ask to speak with him/her first. If you are still unable to locate your package, please reach out to hello@restored.boutique with your order number and shipping address, and we will be here to help.

Coupons & Payment

Unfortunately, only one coupon code may be used per order at this time.

Checkout

From our experience, checkout issues are typically related to the web browser being used. So if you’re having some technical difficulties, the first step is to upgrade to the latest version of one of the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari

Note: We do not recommend using Internet Explorer at this time, as it tends to clash with the HTML5 and JavaScript behaviors used by our site.

If you’re still having issues after using a different browser and upgrading to the latest version, try a few of these steps:

  1. Access our site using your browser’s safe mode.
  2. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
  3. Disable any add-ons or extensions that might be running.
  4. Ensure Java has been updated to the latest version
